Getting Started
Our Procedures are as follows:
1. To issue a qualified "Approved Advance" we require a fax containing
The ownership for the vehicle in need of repairs. In the adsence of the ownership a A.R.C, "Request Form" can be filled out by the repiar facility or a work order / invoice / bill of sale with all the vehicle information will be accepted. Work order / invoice / bill of sale or submission sheet must conain VIN number and current KM's of the vehicle. However, a copy of the permit (ownership), vehicle and plate portion, will still be required for funding
An enlarge photo copy of the driver's license of the owner named on the permit (ownership), vehicle and plate portion.
Home, cell (if applicable) and work phone numbers (alternative contact) for the person named on the permit (ownership).
2. Once the "Appoved Advance" has been issued to the repair faciltiy, the deal is suspended until ARC has a formal request for the contact.
3. To submit a formal request for the contract please fill in the SIN number on the "Approved Advance" sheet and fax it to ARC along with the following documents:
The signed repair invoice
Personal Void cheque or bank PAP form NO COUNTER CHEQUES (Please contact ARC if the personal void cheque or the PAP form has a different name than the name appearing on the permit (ownership)
Valid vehicle insurance
Any special documentation request specified on the orginal "Approved Advance" sheet.
Note: In the abscene of a SIN number we will require a Canadian birth certificate or Canadian passport
4. A complete Repair Payment Plan will be faxed to the repair faciltiy by ARC and an ARC representative will call the repair faciltiy to speak with the customer to disclose the details of the contract, confirm customers details and confirm privacy compliance
5. To request funding, please fax all the signed documents to ARC
It is Auto Repairs Canada's goal to insure a fast, efficient and flawless transition form approval to funding on every deal. When we deviate from the procedures, there is a potential for miscommunication and for missing documentation. the issuses, minor as they are, will slow down the funding process. Due to the nature of our business we cannot alter our procedures. Following the above procedures will ensure funding on every deal. Auto Repairs Canada recommends you do not release the vehicle to your customer until you receivec notification confirming the receipt of all documentation necessary for funding has been received by ARC
